My dear Sisters,
The 1 July is close and is particularly poignant this year as we enter into the General Chapter 2019, where in listening to the Holy Spirit and in dialogue with each other, we try to discern the will of God.
The following words of Bl Antonio Rosmini sum up his life – in health and in sickness. Here too we also find ‘a philosophy’ for our lives, following in the footsteps of Jesus and going to the ‘roots’ of our Institute:
All things in the world, both great and small, are in the hands of our Heavenly Father and
operate only as he wills for the accomplishment of his wonderful plans …
At the present moment the disciple can see what God wants and can enjoy
the good things s/he has with simplicity and gratitude. But anxious care about
the future is incompatible with abandonment to divine Providence …
Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom … (Max IV)

Tanzania: We pray for Sr Theresia Gabriel Mandu, Sr Anastazia Dominick Tesha and Sr Lia Raphael Mushi who will make Perpetual Profession on 1 July in Muheza. Sr Mary Veronica Grennan, as Delegate will receive their Vows.
India: Kerala. We welcome two new candidates Jyothi and Shatlin.
We thank God for the new life he gives us on this special anniversary.
